Governing Documents

The Association's Governing Documents start with the Articles of Incorporation, which creates the Association as a Non-Profit Corporation in the State of Texas.

The Bylaws of the Association define how the Association will function administratively and outline important standards such as how many Board Members there will be, how many meetings will be held and when, as well as the voting rights of all members.

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions outline the "law of the land" and how the Association will function when it comes to the rules and regulations that all Members are bound by.
